Heat transfer clothing labels are applied to clothing using a heat press. You have to check if heat transfer labels are suitable for the garment sometimes they may not be suitable for all types of fabrics. Some fabrics, such as those that are very thin or stretchy, may not hold up well to the heat and pressure required to apply a heat transfer label.

Instructions to apply the heat transfer clothing labels

Place label face up on garment
Cover with baking paper (preferred) or a piece of clean, dry cloth
Set iron to Medium/Wool setting 150 Deg C, 302 Deg F.
DO NOT USE STEAM SETTING
Press with medium/heavy even pressure for 8 seconds
Allow to cool slightly then press for a further 5 seconds
Allow to cool slightly then carefully remove paper or cloth while warm.
