1. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
So you’re excited about your order and you’d like to know how long it will take before it arrives in your hands? Well, rest assured, at Cash’s, we believe in delivering your gift as quickly as possible. Considering our items can be custom-made and personalised according to your preferences and specifications, we aim to dispatch all or part of your order within 1-4 business days from the time the order is placed. Once you’ve placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address that you provide. We will also send you an email when your order has been dispatched so you remain in the loop, every step of the way.If you have ordered more than one item, there are some occasions in which we may ship items separately. There’s no need to worry, you won’t be charged for additional shipping costs in such a case.If you’d like to receive your item as soon as possible, you can also choose Express Post/Courier options which can be selected at the Checkout. Additional costs will apply.


2. How Much Does It Cost for the shipping?
As we offer several different delivery options, costs will vary depending on the delivery service you select. Costs for all available delivery options can be viewed in the shopping cart and checkout pages when placing an order.

3. Do you deliver to New Zealand and other international destinations?
We offer an Express and Standard delivery option for our international orders (outside of Australia) through Australia Post. Costs for all available delivery options can be viewed in the shopping cart and checkout pages when placing an order.
 
You can be confident that when you shop with Cash’s that your details are completely secure. You can pay by credit card, Afterpay or Paypal. If you have any questions, you should be able to find the answers in our Payment FAQ below.

3. What is AfterPay?

HIGHLIGHTS:
Afterpay allows you to pay for your purchase over 4 instalments due every 2 weeks. In some cases, Afterpay may require you to make a payment at the time of purchase. You must be over 18 years old and be the authorised holder of an eligible debit/credit card to apply (see clause 2.4 for eligibility criteria).
All orders are subject to Afterpay’s approval – for example, if you have any overdue payments, Afterpay will not be available to you. For more information on assessment and checks, see clause 6.2 As part of After Pay’s approval process, Afterpay may conduct a pre-authorisation on your nominated card, up to an amount of your first instalment - see clause 6.2(f)
You can make repayments to Afterpay any time BEFORE the due date. Otherwise, Afterpay will automatically try process payments on the scheduled dates from your card. If a payment is not processed on or before the due date, late fees will apply – initial $10 late fee, and a further $7 if the payment remains unpaid 7 days after the due date.
For each order below $40, a maximum of one $10 late fee may be applied per order. For each order of $40 or above, the total of the late fees that may be applied are capped at 25% of the original order value or $68, whichever is less. See Schedule 1.
If you won’t be able to make a payment to Afterpay on time, please Afterpay as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CARD PRE-AUTHORISATIONS:
As part of our approval process and our assessment as to whether or not you have the capability to fulfil your obligation to make future payments to Afterpay according to the Payment Schedule, we reserve the right to conduct a pre-authorisation of your Nominated Payment Source. This may involve placing funds in the account linked to your Nominated Payment Source on hold each time you make an online purchase, obtain a barcode or Afterpay Card for an in-store purchase or add a new Card to your Afterpay Account. Once purchases are authorised, we immediately instruct your bank to void this pre-authorisation transaction. Once a barcode or Afterpay Card is provided for an in-store purchase, where a barcode or Afterpay Card is obtained but a purchase does not eventuate, we instruct the bank to void the pre-authorisation if the barcode or Afterpay Card is cancelled or expires. Once a new card is added to your Afterpay Account and used, we instruct the bank to void the pre-authorisation. No funds are received by Afterpay during this process.
PLEASE NOTE: In most circumstances, relevant banks will void a pre-authorisation transaction within a few hours of the pre-authorisation transaction being conducted by Afterpay. However, in some observed instances, banks have taken up to fourteen (14) days to finalise this process. Unfortunately, we do not have any control or influence over the timing of your bank’s ability to finalise this process and Afterpay does not guarantee the time it takes for your bank to finalise the process and make your funds available to you.
Please read this Agreement and Afterpay’s Privacy Policy which can be found here carefully as they impose rules, obligations and other responsibilities on you in respect of your use of, and access to, our Products. By clicking ‘accept’ and using Afterpay’s Products, you agree to be bound by (i) this Agreement; and (ii) Afterpay’s Privacy Policy. If you do not want to be bound by this Agreement, you must not click accept or make a purchase using Afterpay’s Products. The headings contained in this document are for reference purposes only. You should print a copy of this Agreement and Afterpay’s Privacy Policy for your records.

4. What is Paypal?
PayPal takes away the buyer’s pain by ensuring online security. When you check out with PayPal, Paypal, pays the seller, sometimes even before drawing funds from your account, so your financial details stay encrypted and protected. It is a safer way of shopping online while keeping your financial payment information secure.
 

1. What is your return and refund policy?

Refunds and Returns:

Cash’s will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement or refund where:
• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality due to manufacturer’s fault; or
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose due to manufacturing defect; or
• The product does not match the sample or our description; and
• You can present your receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

Exceptions and Exclusions:
A product will not be deemed faulty if the perceived fault is due to general wear and tear or issues arising from abnormal use, user misuse. Where you believe you have received a faulty product, please contact our Customer Service Team at the following email: [email protected] as soon as possible to arrange a refund or exchange. Where you believe you have received an incorrect product, please contact our team to discuss all options available to you.

If your purchase is faulty, simply return the goods to us stating the reason for the return within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.

Warranties:

Cash’s offers a 3-month warranty on all its products. We will replace products free of charge or, refund to you the price of the products through the same payment method used to place your order. This only applies if the instructions governing the use of the products have been followed. These instructions are detailed in our website at the following web page: https://cashs.net.au/label-instructions .

**** Where applicable, ensure you have read through our application “Instruction” tab on our product pages to ensure you have taken the correct steps to use your product.

Claims will not be accepted for colour or size variation against that represented on this website or any spelling errors or omissions. We will not have any further liability in respect of the products. The faulty products should be returned as per the return policy.

1.How to apply Woven Iron-on Clothing Labels?
Product Application Instructions:
If you’d like to apply your woven iron-on clothing labels in the easiest way possible, our step-by-step guide included below is here to help.
a. Ensure you are using an ironing board for maximum benefit
b. Set your iron to HOT (Maximum heat) and DRY. Do not use a steam setting
c. Remove a label from the bag and place it face up onto your item of clothing in the desired positio
d. Cover the label with a light piece of cloth or thin handkerchief
e. Slowly move the iron over the label for 30-45 seconds, ensuring the label remains covered at all times. Place extra pressure on each side of the label to ensure maximum adhesion to garment.
f. Allow garment to cool prior to use. Please note: It is recommended that a test be conducted to ensure your iron settings are correct. Labels will adhere to most fabrics when properly applied.
It’s important to note that these instructions are not recommended for commercial laundering.

3. How to apply Heat Transfer Labels?
Product Application Instructions:
If you would like to know how you can transfer your clothing labels using heat, our step-by-step guide below provides you with the instructions to do so. Ensure you use an ironing board for maximum benefit.
a. Set your iron to medium setting (cotton) & dry. DO NOT USE A STEAM SETTING.
b. Place the label into the desired position on the garment with the transparent paper facing up. Do not remove the transparent paper at this stage.
c. Placing a firm amount of pressure, move the iron over the label for 30 seconds’ minimum.
d. Remove the item of clothing from the ironing board or away from the hot surface.
e. Wait a minimum of 45 seconds (or once the label has cooled) and carefully remove the transparent paper starting from one corner.
f. If the edges aren’t fully bonded, please wait another 30 seconds until the label has adhered correctly to the garment.
And voila, mission accomplished!

4. How to apply Vinyl Labels?
If you would like to know how you can apply your vinyl labels in the best way possible, be sure to apply to a clean, dry and smooth surface.
These vinyl labels are microwave and dishwasher safe, when applied in the right way. Avoid applying vinyl labels to a greasy or uneven surface as adhesion problems may occur.

5. How to apply Shoe Labels?
If you would like to ensure your shoe labels remain in top condition, it’s important to follow the instructions below. These instructions will help to ensure the label is best applied from the outset and remains long-lasting!
a. Place the printed shoe label into the internal heel area of the shoe and apply an even pressure to ensure full adhesion.
b. Apply the clear protective label over the top to eliminate problems associated with friction and perspiration.

Our 10mm woven sew-in and iron-on labels are available in 6 different style fonts, so you’re sure to find a style that suits your needs and preferences.
It’s helpful to note that style 5 and style 7 are considered large. We only recommend using these styles if your name does not exceed 10 characters. The remaining styles are suitable for up to 30 characters of text.
